I had booked ticket from Delhi to Patna for Date * July ****. I have been tracking your website since * month to know any updates regarding any cancellation and Rescheduling of my booked ticket.Till yesterday i.e.,* July **** I have not got any mail,Message and any information on your website. I have been calling Air india customer care since ** days but everytime i failed to reach you after wasting my ** minutes everyday on waiting call. I have exhausted all the option to know the status of my flight and suddenly now your website is showing that my flight number has been changed for which i have no idea at all.I have not got any mail , message regarding the same.Now i am left with only * option either you should cancel my ticket for which i should get full refunded amount or you can reschedule my flight as per feasible date for me.So please resolve my problem at the earliest possible time.
