I was trying to contact air India customer care for cancellation / rescheduling my flight due to covid-**. i was trying to contact the customer support since **/**/**** and i got connected on **/**/**** and i raised the complaint (request no. ********). on every time they answered that they will contact me after ** minutes but they did not respond till now. so I mailed them at different three emails but they did not respond. please look into this and do the needful.
