Brian Pacheco filed complaint against Goibibo on May 6, 2020
I had booked AirAsia flights from Chennai to Denpasar (Bali) (**th June ****) and back (**th June ****) via Goibibo (Booking ID MYSMF*********). However given the situation with Covid-**, I have decided it would be wise to reschedule my trip. I submitted a request for a reschedule to March **** (**th March and **th March ****, respectively) on April **th ****.
On *nd May ****, I received an sms from goibibo that reads as follows "Dear Brian, As per your consent, we are aborting your date change request. Kindly call us at ************/***********, ** hours prior to departure for any further reschedule request." I had not received any call or communication from goibibo and I did not consent to withdrawing my reschedule request. Furthermore, neither of the two numbers in the sms are reachable.
I brought this to the notice of the goibibo team via Twitter and received an email saying "Please be advised that we are not processing your reschedule request as the New Travel Date is passed out". I've tried to seek an explanation as to what this statement means to no avail.
It is important for me to know the status and possibility for a reschedule or to convert the cash to credit points as soon as possible since I have additional flights linked to the same trip. Indigo flights from Goa to Chennai (** June ****) and back (**th June ****). And Denpasar to Yogyakarta (**th June ****) and back (**nd June ****).

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
