I booked the Air Asia flight No. I* *** for * people * tickets from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar through Yatra.com. Because of corona virus Yatra.com send us the text message that Travel advisory, no cost for date change. so we are trying to reschedule the flight, * ticket is rescheduling but charges are same as the new tickets booked it is not deducting any paid amount. and * ticket is not rescheduling it is not processing. I am trying since * days but we are not getting any response from yatra.com. we mailed them, as well as we send the message through their web site, we are trying to contact through call center but it is not connecting, we are trying at least to chat with them but they have kept their chat support center closed. we are getting huge amount of loss just because of Yatra.com worse service. Please help me.
