Gearbest4u - Requesting get back my amount

Dear sir,

My name is Krbbv Prasad from East Godavari district, in Andhra Pradesh, sir I pay to your company *st time: ****/-, *nd time: *****/-, with jdpay,

Because of Gearbest*v's executive convinced me on a call, I trusted them and purchased a wallet for Rs ***/- and she (executive) told me that she will call me to tell about the winning gift. Next day she called me and said that I have won a Dell Laptop and to avail my gift I need to pay Rs. ****/- So I paid the amount the next day, she also said that this amount will be refunded back to my account within *-* hours after making payment but I did not receive any refund. When I did not receive any amount I called them back and they told me that I need to pay an insurance amount then only I will get my gift through first flight courier and along with the * wallets which I actually purchased earlier. So, I had no other option so I paid another amount of *****/- as insurance.
I also gave them my details like adhar card no., account number, ISC code etc. When I did not receive any item from them I called them and asked about the products

Till date, I haven't received any items and they are asking me to pay more money to get my items back.
