Hi,
I got a call today i.e. *th May **** from a company representative who identified himself as "Aditya".
He said that my phone number has been selected in some kind of lucky draw and if I make a purchase of more than Rs. *** from the website http://gearbest*u.com/#, I will get an assured gift which can be a LED tv, a laptop or an iPhone. Being a techie myself I decided to check them out before I do anything. So, I asked him to call me again in an hour and meanwhile I visited their website and by the looks of it I understood that its a fake. I got many complaints against them on various forums.
The same guy called me in an hour and asked me if he can guide me through the process. I confronted him and suddenly his tone changed. His exact words were "jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo mc..mai call kar kar ke pareshaan kar dunga tujhe mc."
Since I was in my office I did not reply anything and cut off the phone.
I came across this platform where I can make others aware of this fraud website. So please help me and track down the people behind this scam.
