Gearbest*u company members called and asked to make an online purchase of *** stating that gift is provided (Sony Tv, Iphone * plus and Dell inspiron *th gen) after the order is placed * days later they give a call stating that since the gift provided to you is more than **,*** customer is requested to pay a tax of TGST ****/- after this payment * days later you get another call saying that since the gift and product being sent to your address is very valuable we ask you to make an insurance on it using either of the delivery methods (First flight, bluedart. dtdc) after you make this payment of ****/-
you get a call saying that they have some technical issues and they cant deliver the package and money will be refunded.
however, no one calls you back and neither anyone who called you will pick up your call or respond to you.
most of the time lines are busy or mobile no.'s are switched off.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
