Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Requesting for refund from oda class maintained there refund policy

My self Anthony i enrolled my son Abhiroop for *th class master class on **th March in demo class in that demo class itself i enrolled and payed ***** through UPi and various issue i requested for refund on the same day itself, the class actual start date is **st March and i requested the refund on **th March so my son did not attended the single class and app removed in my phone on same day **th March,

Requested refund in there policy terms and conditions Refund requested on same day of enrollment in couple of hours gap.

Im continuously following up since three months I'm getting mails saying that in process I'm requesting oda class team to refund my hard earned money as soon as possible.
Here I'm not complaining iam requesting
