Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Course withdrawal Not Refunded

I have enrolled my son in Oda master class in the month of August ****. They promised to refund the amount if the classes are not satisfying within * days of class start date. I applied for refund through email within * days as the classes were not interactive. They initially said it would take * months for a refund. I waited for more than * months and sent multiple emails. However they keep sending the same email that they are checking with the concerned team and update me shortly for the past * months. I even registered my complaint in National consumer Portal (docket number - *******). Inspite of the complaint raised, they did not tried to contact me or refund my amount. I lost my time in following up with them hoping they will refund my money without issues. I completely lost my hope now.
