Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Refund as admission is not provided

I made the payment of **** INR to pigeonedu via phone pe on **th April **** based on the demo session and discussion with their management people, who called me almost ** times to enroll the course.
Now they are not providing access to the classes nor refunding my amount. I don't know how they are running such a platform by cheating innocent people by providing false promises and looting public hard earned money.
They are cheaters not teachers
