Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from Flipkart company, through their Online Store.
I purchased a Flipkart Perfect Homes Tysche Therapedic * Inch Single Coir on **th July, **** and paid a total amount of *,***/-
It seems that the product is not suitable for me. I need queen size of this product not single but mistaken I ordered single so I want queen size of this product I will pay also different amount for queen size mattress. Regarding this I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue & also I mail Flipkart Grievance officer but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
