I have already sent the initial refund request to my child's mentor ( Nikhil Singh). He confirmed me that you will get refund in ** days. But it's not yet happened. I continuously chasing it but after some time the number was not reachable so I have sent the refund request again on there support team mail ID and subsequently * reminders over *.* months but no response, it is clear that Oda Class (Pigeon Education India Pvt Ltd) is intentionally ignoring my communication.
Dear Oda Class Support Team & Grievance Officer. I am writing to formally request a ***% refund of the course fees paid for the Oda Class program. As all your official customer service phone lines are currently unreachable, I have submitted this formal request via your mandatory email channel to ensure it is logged within the eligible period.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
