Chackravarthi filed complaint against Samsung on Oct 18, 2020
I ordered a smart phone Samsung Galaxy M** on Oct **th, ****.
The order number is ***********.
I.changed my.mind shortly after. I called the Customer Care to cancel the item, they said that it is not possible as it is already shipped. I can only refuse the item when delivery is attempted.
The item came on Oct **th. I refused the item and shared the item refusal code to the delivery agent. After sometime I got a message that my cancellation is processed.
Then on Oct **th, the item came back to me again, this time from a different delivery agent. I refused the item again but that person did not listen to me and went.away.
I wrote to the Customer Care and they are not ready to take back the item which I.have not opened. They are very adamant and did not help me. I already own a Samsung product (Galaxy M**) because of my trust in them. I have stayed with Samsung for more than **.years now.
But rhis attitude is not good from them. Please help me in arranging a return.pickup from them.
