Hello Myntra Team,
I recently ordered a pair of shoes using a coupon on your platform. The order was meant as a gift for my brother, but unfortunately, he did not like the product. When I tried to initiate a return, I noticed that the return option is unavailable, and only a size exchange is allowed due to the coupon applied.
Since the product is unused and in its original condition, I would like to request an exception to return the item and get a refund or credit. Kindly let me know how I can proceed with returning the product.
