DTDC courier service Bangalore - Request objection regarding the delivery of a book having tracking Id

Dear Sir/Madam, 


I would like to draw your sincere attention that I purchased a book from an amazon seller through amazon website but till now it has  not been reached to me due to some inconvennient misconduct from DTDC jhargram center. 
  For clarity ,  I am writing you that on ** th February I received a phon call from DTDC jhargram that I have a percell in their custody and requested to pick it from their center. I told them If I able to manage to peak it from them I could try otherwise I requested them to send it to me at my given address. 
Today, at evening,  again I received a call from the same number and again I request him to send it to my address. But at **:** PM I got a message from VKDTDCCR as 
"DTDC X******** couldn't be delivered due to ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG. Please validate by clicking tinyurl.com/*kawdxmy.
 DTDC doesn't seek any payment OTP."  


Again I validate my address and requesting you to deliver it as early as possible. 


It is also to be noted that my address is under the coverage of  DTDC jhargram center  and my home is just beside the Binpur thanagora bus stand. 


Feeling unsatisfied and upset , I am writing you that your Jhargram DTDC center does not work in professional manner either in time of dispatching or delivering percell.


I have no intention to do any herm to anyone but their attitude is quite bit frustrating as I experienced for several times and I compelled to communicate DTDC Midnapore.


Again I am requesting you to deliver my percell to my home address as I mentioned earlier i.e. at
