The people working in the DTDC courier service of bommasandra office of bangalore are so irresponsive. Last time when I tracked my package it was showing customer will self collect. I never said that I will visit their office. How can you people change it without asking me. When I called them yesterday to know at which office my package was there, they told me that it was missing. How can you people be so careless. Its been half a month since I have been waiting for my package. If it is not sorted soon I'm going to file a complaint against DTDC courier services in consumer court for fraud and theft. D******** this is the reference id they gave me to track the package.
