I am writing to express my concern regarding the non-delivery of my consignment, booked on **nd May ****. The details of the consignment are as follows: -

**Receiver:** [ WNS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD]Block **, *th & **th floor, DLF IT Park,*/***, Shivaji Garden,Moonlight Stop,NandambakkamPost,Ramapuram, Mount Poonamallee Road,Tamil Nadu, Chennai-****** INDIA
Despite the passage of considerable time, the consignment has not been delivered to the consignee.
I have been tracking the consignment regularly, but there has been no stamp on the share the status below.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest. Please inform me about the current status of my consignment and the steps being taken to ensure its prompt delivery.
