Zomato India - Request for unblocking my runnr id

Hello,

I am a zomato delivery boy from Ambala. Unfortunately, my zomato runnr id has been blocked on **th september. My account has been blocked mentioning reason as cancellation post pickup. There is no fault of mine in it as new customers in this region are cancelling lots of orders which I had already informed area TL. I have always been giving my best services to zomato working ** hours a day.
I have always done I hereby request you to look into the matter at the earliest so as to reactivate my runnr id. I would be highly grateful to you for your speedy perusal.
