I attach herewith the screenshot of my ticket booked on **.**.**** for travel date **.**.**** from Pune to Calcutta booked through Easemytrip where it was found in AXis Bank Credo Card Statement that the double payment has been reflected against one single PNR.

Passenger Name:- Pranamika Paul
Where passenger has no fault neither aware of such double payment until bill received on **.**.****.
I shall be grateful if you kindly refund the amount directly to the bank account.
