Anjana filed complaint against Airindia Express on Jan 9, 2025
I was in a queue for the luggage checkin and the concerned staff came and asked would you like to upgrade your flight to Business class you will have to pay **,*** rs and I denied and then he gave us complimentary and took almost ** minutes to upgrade the flight and when found that my luggage was exceeding by ** kg to which I paid ***** which I could have managed to give my husband as he was on the domestic flight luckily with only * kg but due to time taken by the flight attendant in upgrading I couldn’t do that and this does not end here During that process I was running out of time as the security was not allowing us as the boarding pass were issued twice I didn’t understand what to do running here and there I could have missed the flight and then I came to know that that there is no business class in AirIndia Express from the security so I faced a chaotic situation and couldn’t manage My luggage and had to pay the duty so all thanks to the flight attendants.Indeed a distressing situation.
