I am writing to bring to your attention an issue related to a DTH recharge that was made on my Airtel DTH account (Customer ID: **********) but has not yet been reflected in your system.
On *nd October **** at *:** PM, I recharged the amount of ₹*** [upi transaction id: ************] for the Hindi Ultimate HD *M pack using the Airtel Thanks App, selecting the Amazon Pay option for payment. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, but my DTH service has not resumed despite the transaction completion.
I have attached all the relevant supporting documents, for your reference.
You are kindly requested to:
Investigate the status of the above transaction at the earliest.
Restore/resume my DTH services without further delay.
Confirm whether the recharge has been processed or if a refund will be initiated in case of failure.
Please consider this matter urgent, as the lack of service is causing inconvenience.
A CC of this email/letter is being sent to Amazon Pay Support to assist in jointly resolving the issue if necessary.
Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.
