Dear Sir/Mam,
We requested for cancel the service of BYJU'S Ias table course from their company. The course was started from Sep ****.
The course duration is * years and Total cost of course is Rs *****. We choose EMI of Rs **** monthly for payment. We already paid Rs *****. Company provided Lenovo M** tablet and Ias book.
Due to medical reason we have to cancel course, As she have some mental health issues, gone to depression. So she is on medical treatment to overcome this problem. As per discussion with doctor, They said that, Chaitali is not in condition to study of Indias toughest exam upsc, that will affect her mental health and in future also she will not able to handle stressful situations, possibility of again she will go to depression situation.
We have therefore, decided to cancel the order and already contacted with their Cancellation Team. But no positive reply.
Please check attached medical reports to verify.
