Flipkart - replacement was not provided by flipkart

I purchased an aquaguard from flipkart and i got the delivery after * days.the next day the installation was done and we found fault in the sensors and light.but the technician fixed the issue and told me not to use the water for drinking for * * times till the filter dust gets cleared.When i started using the aquaguard i found that water is leaking **/* from the aquaguard and i raised a replacement request the same day ,and flipkart approved the replacement but they didnot provide any uninstallation service. The delivery agent drom flipkart came twice and denied to do the unistallation and since a month i am raising complaints to flipkart daily that without uninstallation how you are sending the replacement and the delivery person is denieng to give the replacement.and finally after a month they totally cancelled te replacement.And now my replacement and return option is also not available.Plz help me in this regards.
