Dell - Replacement Return denied for faulty laptop

I purchased a Inspiron ** **** i* ****p **gb/*Tb laptop from Dell exclusive store E-mall Kolkata. The next day I found it has some issues. When I use it keeping on my lap or use while lying, even slight pressure in bottom cover underneath trackpad is causing click in the trackpad. I contacted the store immediately, they asked me to visit the service centre and the service centre asked to call dell. When I called dell, they refused to accept the issue and denied to provide any resolution.
