Selvi filed complaint against Samsung on May 12, 2026
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator recently, and during installation service agent identified that one refrigerator leg was missing. The agent inspected the issue and created a job sheet at the time of installation.
However, it has now been almost ** days, and we still have not received any proper update, replacement part, or resolution from tgeir side. We have followed up multiple times, but there has been no satisfactory response.
This delay is causing inconvenience, and we are disappointed with the after-sales service experience. We request you to treat this complaint as urgent and arrange for the missing refrigerator leg replacement immediately.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
