Iam very dispointed about Firstcry process and quality
I Called multiple times customer service still i haven't get a resolution i have received a defective product so i have raised a replacement request in app which is on *th may after that noone called me *th may i got a call they have tried to convince for compensation i said i need a replacement i don't need compensate. They said ok and disconnected the call. Nobody approved the replacement request after that i called the customer service on **th may on the call she approved and Inataited for reverse pickup she said to wait for *-* days to get the pickup done i waited i got a pickup info on **th may he came and say its a big product i cant pickup like this he said and left till today i haven't get any call for pickup today is the last day as per Firstcry time line to pickup iam really very frustrated because of this its getting delayed to receive replacement product if the pickup is not done today which is **th may i dont need the product anymore i need a refund in source payment method thats it.
