Firstcry babyhug - RE NCH Docket Fraudulent Delivery Tampered Shipment Order ID

Dear FirstCry Grievance Team,I am writing to clarify that while the delivery OTP was shared to accept the physical box, the package was delivered in a tampered/pilfered condition with items missing. The delivery OTP only confirms the receipt of a outer box; it does not validate that the contents matched the invoice.The warehouse dispatch weight printed on the shipping label does not match the weight of the items delivered. This is a clear case of transit theft/short-shipment by your logistics partner. I have already updated my active National Consumer Helpline docket ([*******]) with this weight discrepancy and will proceed to e-Daakhil consumer court if the refund for ₹[***] is not initiated immediately.
