Firstcry babyhug - Defected product isn t getting replace nor repair

Product (Baby's Cradle Swing) purchased on **nd May. Below is a summary of the item status -
*) **th Jun Delivered
*) **th Jun Assembled
*) **th Jun First visit of the Technician
*) **th Jun Second visit of Technician

Our baby is * months old, and this cradle has been in operation since the installation. It started making a huge cracking noise at every edge of the swing where the screws are attached. The technician conveyed that it won't get fixed; such noise will come, and it's normal.

When spoken to by both FC and BB company's support teams they completely denied that either the replacement of the product is not possible nor the fix. You should use this product as is. We can't do anything. Your replacement date was expired on **st May. We can't do anything about this.

Now please do understand the fact of what sort of impact a baby is getting as she is growing towards her ears and head, where the serious cracking noise is coming non-stop.

I am lodging a complaint against FirstCry and Brainless companies to either give a permanent fix or provide a replacement at the earliest before my baby's health is compromised.
