IQOO India - replacement phone not received 14 day gone

With Due To Respect Sir I am Shubham Kumar want to say that my device is facing problem while charging so i went to service centre then my product is not in warranty he said that the parts price will be paid I confirm to repair my device I will pay the parts amount but after few days i get call from the service centre that the parts isn't available u will get the replacement of same device then I confirm to do the process of replacement but after the date given by the service centre i visited they say that the device is not available in our state we have to arrange form another state I agree this statement also the service centre given the date of Monday **-**-**** your device will arrive at the service centre but on Monday still not arrive the customer care as well as the service centre are giving date to date for this reason . I am getting to harassed and all my commercial works are pending by this activity done by the service centre . I don't have any another device to operate and do my work profession . I submitted my device on **-**-** and today ** day gone but my device not get .. Please help me sir .. for this help i will be very thank full for you
