IQOO India - Refund not received

I ordered IQOO Z* *G mobile through IQOO portal https://www.iqoo.com/in/products/z*_*g Ordered date and time is ****-**-** **:**:** Payment Method - UPI Order was successful but on the very next day (*st July) I got an email from IQOO that due to technical issue, my order has been cancelled and the refund will be initiated within ** to ** working hours. On *th July I called the customer care @*********** and asked the status and got an update that refund initiated on *rd July and I will get my refund in * to * business days. I kept sending emails and got an update from IQOO that refund has been initiated and the transaction reference# is ************. I checked with my ICICI Customer care but they said no refund has been initiated with this transaction number. When I called IQOO today, they are saying refund cancelled that was sent on *th July and they have reinitiated it on *th July. I don't understand why the refund it taking this much time. Till now they are keep extending the dates and responding to my emails that I'll get the refund in * to ** business days but it keeps going on like this since *st July.
This delay from their end had made me frustrated, depressed and worried so much whether I will get my money back or not.
