IQOO India - iQOO Neo 10 Overheating Performance Failure Network WiFi Issues Refund Requested

I purchased the iQOO Neo ** smartphone, but the device has serious defects:
Within just **–** minutes of **fps gaming, the phone overheats above **°C, gaming features are disabled, refresh rate drops, and FPS reduces drastically.
I submitted clear video proof with timing, but iQOO is not ready to check it properly.
They keep closing my NCH complaint without providing a solution, simply saying “adjust and play.”
For the past * months, I have been submitting proof again and again, but every time iQOO gives a different excuse (such as “long gaming session”), even though my proof shows overheating in a short period.
iQOO is ignoring customer evidence and not giving any technical explanation.
Apart from overheating, the phone also has network instability and WiFi disconnection issues, which makes it unreliable for daily use.
This is not acceptable for a premium gaming phone. The device is defective and does not meet advertised specifications. iQOO has shown negligence by repeatedly ignoring complaints and failing to provide a resolution.
I request a full refund of the amount paid. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter further through consumer forums and legal authorities.
