Hi, i did not collect the replacement item amazon sent me in place of a product. I was told to deny the replacement to enable return of the product (as guided to me by amazon cistomer service). Have raised tickets mutiple times with amazon but now refund has been denied. Now concession being denied and amazon not giving refund. I even tried asking amazon to share number of delivery agent so i can ask him where the product is or share number of warehouse office but amazon is not helping me in any way.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
