*) I have bought mattress of the size ** X ** X * and the mattress has shrunk more than * inch
*) I have shared the images and videos multiple times where the sagging is more than * inch and it is uneven from multiple parts of the mattress.
*) As the sagging is very much uneven and all the family members are facing back issues and have undergone medical scans due to the defective mattress and taken medicines and physiotherapies to get relief.
I have sent images and videos multiple times and each time their team had rejected my request to help and closing the ticket. Even their customer support team is not ready to provide any valid justification for the rejection and not ready to send any technician to validate the problem in their product.
