Mivi duopods - Replacement not received yet

I had purchased a MIVI product but it wasn't functioning properly after * months of it's purchase. I sent a mail to the MIVI support team and after the conversation for * weeks they told me to ship the product to them so that they can either check and remove the defect or replace the product. It has been over a month now since i received the last mail from them and I have neither received any replacement nor any details as to the status of checking of my product. I have mailed them * times regarding this and they have literally ignored my mails. I have not received any reply on the mails.
