Hi team,
I have made a purchase of mivi Duopodes A** on *st june..
Got the product delivered on *th june and opened the package today for usage.
When Kept the duopodes at charging, it didn't show any change in the charging status.
Conclusively, the charging case is not working and as the product is in warranty, request you to initiate the replacement process at earliest.
Let me know when will it be sorted out.
