Mivi duopods - Have done my payment for mivi TWE but is not getting any information

I have ordered a TWE from Mivi official site. In the payment option I have done the payment through UPI and not get redirect to the page again. I have contacted my bank and PayU, they all said the transaction is done from our side. But Mivi is not accepting or showing any proof or confirmation of my order at their official website, that they received the payment and also not responding on mails.
I'm experiencing worst service by Mivi
I dont know why they make there official website if they can't manage it.

Amazon & Flipkart is working fine and giving best customer support, if u can't handle shut off site. Please shut down it
