Marq By Flipkart - Replacement not provided

I had brought Marq washing machine against OD OD****************** on Novemeber ****. The warranty says that it is a comprehensive warranty for two years and on motor for * years. I also took * years assured protection package from their service partner Jeeves.

On **nd of April ****, I had started facing problems with the machine and called the service team immediately. Till date (**/**/**) they have sent technicians to my house * times, but have not resolved the issue. They are so callous that sometimes they fail to get the right parts, sometimes they forget their tools. This is the way they have been dragging the issue.

Till date they have been unable to detect the issue but are using my premises to send their technicians and experiment on my washing machine, without providing the simplest of solutions, replace it, as it is very much within the comprehensive warranty period.

They have been lying to us and trying to buy time by mailing us that they need ** hours every time. They had committed a resolution date of **th May , which they dragged on and have not provided any resolution till now.

I am unable to operate my washing machine.

I want replacement for this product as it is very much within the warranty period.
Also, I want to raise harassment complaints against this party as they have ruined many appointments by sending technicians * times without any resolution.
