Blaupunkt Tv - Replacement not provided yet for my QLED which is under warranty by the company

I had purchased a Blaupunkt *** cm (** inch) QLED Ultra HD (*K) Smart Google TV with **W Sound Output HDR ** | Dolby Atmos | DTS Trusurround | Google Assistant | Dual Band Wi-Fi Warranty: * Year Warranty QLED of blaupuknt company from flip cart on ** july **. On jan ** some lines appeared on its screen and asked for replacement of the same in feb month to company through mail.They have booked my complaint through call and by mail several times. One of the complaint no is.OD******************. Till date i havent received by replacement and company not responding to my calls in toll free number..And through mail they are just saying that they are looking into my matter. Please do needful to resolve this issue
