Hp india HewlettPackard Software company Laptop - Replacement not happened

I have bought a laptop from a company store from gwalior after some days its occuring a issue of wifi where it is dissconnecting very frequently so i complained in costumer care where they have send me an executive on the first visit he opens the machine which is not good for a new laptop and also made a format of windows after that the issue was still not solved so he ordered a wifi lan card but still after changing it was still occuring issue so my problem was not solved i have filled a case in consumer forum so they have guided me to send mail but i have not got any reply of my mail but after a week they have replied to consumer forum that they will replace the product on *th january but after till date i have called costumer care for asking for replacement date but they are not only giving me assurity that they will replace or not on every call they always says * to * days more and more and more this happend with me * times i have reopened the consumer forum case but not getting any reply from thje company
