I ordered a Hp laptop model no.
**s du****tu from HP official store site on **/*/**. [ order number *************** ]. I paid an amount of Rs **,***/- through debit card payment after checking & confirming my location delivery using pincode status. I was assured the delivery with in * working days. When I was following the order status regularly, it showed the item dispatched and shipped only with no other further updation. So On */*/****, I contacted HP helpline number **** *** **** / **** & HP representative informed me that the order was AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED on */*/****. I was guaranteed the refunding of my amount with in *-* working days. But the amount was not credited back. Hence I again contacted on helpline number **** *** **** on **/*/****, & was told by HP representative that "he will escalate my issue & will inform the VENDOR about the same & the amount will be credited with in ** hours if the VENDOR initiate the process with in ** hours". i waited patiently. But there was no progress/no response. I have send multiple emails to Email IDs{like, opsmanager@hp.com, in.ced@hp.com, in.contact@hp.com, servicehead@hp.com, kalven.charles@hp.com, hpestore.in@hp.com, hpstoreindia@customerservice.team}. But everytime i received only AUTOGENERATED replies asking me to wait for ** hrs since DAY *. I even tried to contact them through watsapp but there was no reply. Then i used TWITTER to message them. There also the situation was same, again asked me to wait for few days, got the same reply like " We have escalated your issue, concerned people will contact you shortly" that's it. On */*/**** i received an email from servicehead@hp.com by someone named Ankita Thakur at **.**AM stating that the "Refund has been done kindly confirm the same" so that they can close my query. So i contacted my bank and enquired about the same, but the amount was not credited back. I waited for * more days, but i didnt received my money. So i again send an email requesting them to provide the REFERENCE ID of my refund ( as they were stating that it was done) so that i can share it with my Bank. But till now i didnt get any reply. So shamelessly i again contacted hp helpline number *********** on */*/****, and the girl again gave me the same reply that "wait for ** hrs, she will escalate the issue and gave me a TICKET number ****" to track my issue. As per her theory this ticket number must have given to me from DAY * only, but nobody has done this. On */*/**** i again contacted them to track the issue with the ticket number provided. But the person from status checking department told me that there was no details available with this **** number. And he took my detailed complaint and i informed him about the email i received on */*/**** also. After hearing all this he assured me that i will get my REFUND in next ** hrs as he send an email to his higher authority regarding the same. I seriously dont know what kind of people they are. They didnt even care about their customers, not even * %. They are fooling me. I was NOT the one who cancelled, its them only. In this corona crisis they are making me suffer. Its been ** LONG days, TILL NOW not even a single penny is credited to my account. Its about a sum of ***** rs, not *** or ***rs. Its my hard earned money, & I WANT THAT BACK. Please help....
