I had purchased a HP **q APU from Flipkart on **/**/**** for my daughter who was engineering student in Bangalore. Within *.* years of operation on **/**/**** it's fan started malfunction and stopped working. I took up the issue strongly with HP management. Then they agreed to replace the fan free of cost. But the replacement fan was of so poor quality, it again stopped working from **/**/****. Possibly instead of a new fan they had installed a repaired one. When again I took up the issue to HP, this time they refused to replace the fan free of charge and asked for Rs. ****/- for the fan. With such poor quality of hardware and indifferent customer service, people should NOT buy any HP laptop in India.
