Swiggy - ReplaCement food order not delivered. Order cancelled nd money not refunded

I placed an order with swiggy on **st December for purchase of food from pop tates Lower Parel Mumbai then I got a call from swiggy that the delivery boy has had an accident and whether I would like a replacement order fulfilled I said yes but the replacement order never came for more than * hours when I contacted swiggy again they advised to cancel thereafter I have been chasing swiggy left right and centre they give me Assurance that the refund will come and sometimes they say that there is no refund due because I got a replacement my issue is I have not received any value for the order placed for which money has been paid but is yet to be refunded to me I am not sure whether they have any intention of refunding my money for service or food not delivered
