Its been more than * years since i had stopped using Hathway internet. But I'm still getting messages and calls for bill payment and reconnection. I checked if i had any past dues, which i didn't. The user id has been assigned to someone else, with different name and number. Moreover, my area is not serviceable by Hathway internet. I requested them to not call or message me multiple times, but it didnt have any effect. Attached sms with user id, and the user details found on hathway site.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
