Vodafone And Idea - Repeat harassing calls from Vi

I have applied for porting out my number from Vodafone. I have received ** calls in a day to dissuade me from porting .everyone keeps asking me about what issues I have . I have already replied to their queries at least ** times. I have repeatedly told them they are harassing me with calls and warned them I d make a police complaint , she said pl give me * min then u can lodge complaint.
I am a doctor and they keep interrupting my work which I have told them but still they call and harass .
Pl help me stop these calls
