Respected sir,
Based on our telephonic interaction we had earlier, please find the case details below.

My l complain about my Hp pavilion laptop with serial number *CD*****DP.
I am complaining because my laptop is not working . To resolve this issue I will like to de escalate my product again to make sure about the origin of the problem with my device.
When I first learned about this problem . I contacted the customer care of Hp on **.**.** but due to some technical issues problem not resolved.
So after that day , I visited the nearest service center of hp. Where I discuss the problem with member of service center. He namely Sushil ji told me to submit the laptop for * week then they are able to inform me the actual problem with the device which is already in warranty period. However I submitted my laptop .
After * week they informed me about the damage of parts which cost around **,*** . Here I am confuse one night before the incident my laptop was working very well as regular . After that night in the morning when I switch on my laptop was not responding. It's very shocking that without using charging cable how can be the internal parts damages.
Due to his uneasy performance on device services. I personally not satisfy with his work . So I want to de escalate my problem with you .
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. .
If I do not hear from you within *-* days I will file complain with appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

I really have a hope with you and I wish my laptop problem will resolve shortly .
