Croma - Repair service not provided

HP laptop for which I have a valid warranty from onsite go has a mechanical issue in one of the hinges. I raised a complain with Chroma through which I bough that laptop and Onsitego warranty. A personnel from Onsitego cam for a visit and then nothing happened. I had put some tweets on Onsitego but no response. Chroma had called and I mentioned that the issue is still unresolved. No further written communication with me.
If I get this work done personally it will cost me some **k.
