Hyundai - Repair of Vehicle Delayed by Safdarjang

Dear Sir/Madam,
As you are aware that my Vehicle No HR**DA**** Grand i** has been handed over to your workshop/Body Shop on dated **/**/**** for repairs. In this regard I have talked telephonically as well as personally many times to get my vehicle but till date neither have repaired the same nor give a satisfactory reply after spending almost *.* months which is not good & acceptable. 
   Further also you please clear how much maximum time required for any Vehicle repairs. And we have daily expenses of taxi charges for professional business as must be required. The total cost of expenses is approximately Rs. **-**K for which we can submit a copy of the bill, taxi charges the same to be beared by your workshop due to long delays as your responsibility for timely services.
