Hyundai - Repair Charges not Explain Demanding

My name is Deepak, I am a resident of Ropar. I got my car policy done from New India. I had an accident on ** March.And on March **, I had put the car in Ropar hyundai agency. Despite having the policy of the car, the surveyor is demanding ***** for me. The surveyor is saying that you will have to deposit ₹ *****. When I asked him that according to whom I would give ₹ *****, he did not tell me anything further.My Car has been insured for New India, so why would I give such an amount, then what is the use of getting a policy on it, sir? It's been * months today. They are harassing me only for the claim. I had shown my policy in a couple of places also. All of them were saying that you do not need to pay any money.
