Surendhar sundaresan filed complaint against Ola Cabs on May 5, 2019
I availed an airport transfer Ola rental cab from RGI, Hyderabad at *th May at * am. The charge was shown as *** Rs on my booking. Later, after the trip end, I was shocked when I saw the charge as *** Rs, given the distance and hours travelled are well within the package limits. In the fare, breakdown it seemed *** Rs was added as transport hub charge. This charge was neither shown nor specified anywhere while I was booking the rental. Had I known this earlier, I would have looked out for alternative options. I choose to book the rental cab considering it was reasonably lower than the available options. But, eventually ended up paying more than those other options. This behaviour by Ola attracts the customers with lower price and then cheats them with the high fare. I would advise providing transparency in the rental fare break down. It’s the customers’ hard earned money and they deserve to know what’s being charged for a service. That said, I demand a refund of *** Rs.
