Jantilal Parihar filed complaint against Paytm Business Merchant Account on Oct 28, 2024
I was having only one Paytm soundbox and Paytm was charging rental for two soundbox, so I contacted customer care on **/**/**** and raised the complaint and officially requested to close my Paytm account and also raised a request for return of one soundbox I had, finally after * months in April they took their soundbox and also acknowledged that the other second soundbox was never delivered to me and it was a system error. Even after acknowledging they have not refunded the rent charges deducted from date of my complaint till today. Almost **** RS has been wrongly deducted from account by Paytm. I also tried to contact them but their is no reply from them.
I request Paytm to refund money and close my account I don't want to use any Paytm services.
